1. Introduction

Welcome to Weekly Planner.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Weekly Planner, a digital planning and productivity service operated by Click Ahead Ltd, Republic of Ireland ("we", "us", "our").

By creating an account, accessing, or using Weekly Planner, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian, to use Weekly Planner.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Your Account

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information.
• Keep your information up to date.
• Maintain the security of your account.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Free Trial

Weekly Planner may offer a free trial period.

Unless otherwise stated, free trials last for 14 days.

At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial expires.

You may cancel at any time during the trial period.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Certain features of Weekly Planner require a paid subscription.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorise the applicable payment provider to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.

Subscription pricing is displayed before purchase and may be updated from time to time. Any pricing changes will apply only to future billing periods.

You may manage or cancel your subscription through the subscription management tools provided within the service.

Cancellation will prevent future renewals but does not result in a refund of amounts already paid unless required by applicable law.

6. Refunds

If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at support@weeklyplanner.com.

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Nothing in these Terms affects any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

7. Digital Services and Consumer Rights

Weekly Planner is a digital service supplied electronically.

By starting a subscription and accessing paid features immediately, you expressly request immediate access to the digital service.

Where permitted by law, you acknowledge that certain statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights may be reduced or lost once the digital service has been supplied.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.

8. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create within Weekly Planner, including tasks, notes, planner entries, and other information you submit to the service.

You grant us a limited licence to host, store, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing and improving Weekly Planner.

We do not claim ownership of your content.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Weekly Planner for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the service.
• Upload malicious software or harmful content.
• Use the service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair Weekly Planner.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

10. Intellectual Property

Weekly Planner, including its software, design, branding, content, and functionality, is owned by or licensed to Click Ahead Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant you ownership of Weekly Planner or any of its intellectual property rights.

11. Availability of the Service

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee that Weekly Planner will be available at all times or free from errors.

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time.

Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice of significant changes.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Weekly Planner is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Click Ahead Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Weekly Planner.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13. Termination

You may stop using Weekly Planner and close your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if:

• You breach these Terms.
• We are required to do so by law.
• Continued provision of the service is not reasonably possible.

Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that arose before termination.

14. Privacy

Your use of Weekly Planner is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If we make material changes, we may notify users through the service or by email.

The updated Terms will become effective when published.

Continued use of Weekly Planner after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland.

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts, except where applicable consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
