How does the free trial work?

You can plan your current week for free, with no account required. When you create an account you also get a free trial of Weekly Planner Unlocked, which adds past and future weeks and syncing across your devices. When the trial ends, your current week stays free.

How do subscriptions work?

Weekly Planner Unlocked is a simple monthly subscription that unlocks past and future weeks and syncing across your devices. Your current week is always free, and you can cancel at any time.

How do I restore purchases?

If you subscribed on the App Store and have reinstalled the app or switched devices, open Weekly Planner, go to Settings and choose Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID and Weekly Planner account you used to subscribe.

Can I use Weekly Planner on more than one device?

Yes. With Weekly Planner Unlocked your weeks sync across devices automatically when you are signed in to the same account.

I forgot my password.

Open the app sign-in screen and choose “Forgot password” to receive a reset link by email. Follow the link to set a new password.

How do I cancel my subscription?

If you subscribed through the App Store, manage or cancel from your Apple ID subscriptions in your device Settings. If you subscribed on the web, open your account settings in the app to manage your subscription. You will keep access until the end of your current billing period.
