How to use this weekly template

  1. Place every task in the most honest quadrant first.
  2. Schedule important tasks before the diary fills up.
  3. Pick three priorities to defend if plans change midweek.

Practical example

If “submit grant form” is important and urgent, place it in that quadrant and add it to Top Three. Move “reorganise folders” to not urgent so it does not displace deadline work.
